1.Product Introduction

SuperAir Flat Access Doors are made of pressed galvanized steel in a sturdy double shell design with a flow optimized inner shell to prevent turbulence. Two hand knobs, embedded in a metal threat, secure the access panel to the duct. A polyethylene foam gasket securely seals the access panel. Available in sizes from 180x80mm to 600x500mm. Each access door comes in a bag with a self-adhesive cutting template. Also available in material stainless steel.

3.Product feature And Application 

Flat Access Doors are widely used in rectangular duct system. Convenient for all kinds of valves in the piping, fittings and so on maintenance/repair work unit. They have their own gaskets; no sealant is required, even for high-pressure applications. 
Flat Access Doors are designed to provide easy access to the ducts of the ventilation system. Through this access door it is possible to easily inspect and clean the ducts. 

Flat Access Doors are easy to assemble due to the supplied cutting template and the rotating knobs. The system works with two plates. To mount it, the inner plate must first be placed in the duct. Then the gap can be made airtight by holding the outer plate against the inner plate and tighten it with the rotary knobs.
