■ Test and acceptance of incoming materials

Superior performance materials are one of the qualifications for the production of top quality HVAC products. superAir typically uses quality raw materials from world renowned factories in the production of its ventilation and air conditioning products. These materials are recognised by professionals in the industry as top quality raw materials. The excellent performance and stability of these materials have established a high quality position for SuperAir's HVACR products in the market.

■ In-process inspection and testing.

Trained and qualified employees are very important. Most of workers from SuperAir partner factories are the experts with more than 10 years' experience in producing metal, plastic, rubber products in China. Their specialty greatly help us to find out the main manufacturing defects during our production, so that we can avoid the unqualified products on the markets timely.

Dimensional and visual tests will be carried out throughout the production process and the packaging process. Any manufacturing defects can be detected in case they occur.

Our quality assurance department tests samples prior to production by laboratory technicians.

 (1) Surface finish.

 (2) Testing of the dimensional accuracy of the samples.   

Goods are only released for production when the best test results have been achieved. These tests are carried out at the beginning of each production series to ensure the perfect quality of the HVAC system..

■ Final Inspection And Testing.

Finished products are only released into storage if all tests and checks comply with the prescribed procedures.
