1.Product Introduction 

Material: High quality extruded aluminum alloy. The core are high quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity. Aluminum eggcrate grid is fixed to the outer frame. Rigid construction provide noiseless performance. It is designed for return and exhaust application for air conditioned space.Mill finish, or painted white standard RAL9010, 9016. Can be easily cut to different sizes. Aluminium eggcrate core only.

Egg crate core in the following configurations. 
a) 12.7x12.7x12.7mm in thickness of 0.48mm aluminum material 
b) 12.7x12.7x12.7mm in thickness of 0.35mm aluminum material
c) 15x15x15mm in thickness of 0.48mm aluminum material 
d) 15x15x12.7mm 45° inclined in thickness of 0.48mm aluminum 
material Standard sizes:
a) 1219mm x 1219mm
b) 1200mm x 1200mm
c) 1219mm x 610mm
d) 1200mm x 600mm
Different size be produced on request.
